Low Pressure Tubing

Autoclave Engineers offers a complete selection of annealed, seamless stainless steel tubing designed to match the performance standards of Autoclave low pressure valves and fittings. Autoclave low pressure tubing is furnished in random lengths between 20 feet (6 meters) and 27 feet (8.2 meters). The average is 24 feet (7.3 meters). The tubing is available in five sizes and a variety of materials. In order to ensure proper sleeve “bite” into tubing, Autoclave Engineers specifies and controls the strength levels of both the tube and sleeve materials.

Low Pressure Check and Excess Flow Valves

O-ring and Ball Check Valves, and Excess Flow Valves to 15000 psi (1034 bar).
Check valves to provide unidirectional flow with back flow shut-off for liquids of gases. Excess flow valves available in o-ring and ball design for surge protection.

Low Pressure Line Filters

Dual-Disc and Cup Filters to 15000 psi (1034 bar).
Dual-Disc filters used to trap larger particles in first filter to prevent clogging of smaller filter. Cup filters are used for high flow rates and provide maximum filter area.
